Out of hours dental care

If you need urgent dental care:

• phone your usual dentist first, if you have one

• contact any nearby dental practice. All dentists in Kent and Medway are now offering urgent appointments

• if it’s out of hours and you can’t wait until the next day, phone Dentaline Out of Hours on 01634 382230, Monday to Sunday 6pm to 11pm, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays 8.30am to 1.30pm and 6pm to 11pm.

When you call, make it clear that you need an urgent appointment so the receptionist can prioritise you appropriately.

You may need to ring more than one practice to find a same day slot.
