The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created to help the NHS understand whether patients are happy with the service and where changes and improvements are needed. It's a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving NHS care or treatment.
You may have noticed paper forms in the waiting room and in the corridor near reception. Patients who have had a GP appointment at the surgery have also been sent a short FFT questionnaire to complete via a text message.
We would like to thank those of you who have taken the time to complete these forms. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services.
You can also fill out a short form online here: Friends and Family Test Form
Whether your experience was good or bad, we are keen to hear your opinions so that we can work to improve the service we provide.
