Adult Mental Health Navigator Service
Do you have social, emotional or practical concerns that are affecting your mental health and need support?
Mental health navigators can connect you to activities, groups and services for support with:
- Low mood and/or anxiety
- Social isolation
- Finances
- Social care need /Housing
- Bereavement
- Lifestyle/ Relationships
- Employment volunteering
- Substance misuse
- Neurodiversity
Mental health navigators can support you for up to 12 weeks with both face to face and telephone appointments.
You can self-refer on their website or by speaking to the reception.
This service is not suitable for mental health crisis support.
