Question: What is the main reason for your answer to the question?
Lonsdale Reception staff are generally very good. I wish to particularly commend Rose. I've telephoned Lonsdale twice recently with quite complex queries, requiring detailed answers. Rose handled both queries very well. She excels because of her intelligence, ability to listen carefully, ask the right questions, address key points and find convincing answers rapidly, using the technology. And she has obvious empathy with callers who, by definition, are anxious and/or ill.

The flu vaccination clinic was a pleasure today. It was so quick and so well organised. Many thanks to all the staff and volunteers who helped direct and facilitate this.

I have had a lot of treatment over the last few months and i cannot emphasise enough the level of care i have received. I don't just mean medical care, i mean a genuine general caring nature with sincere concern. I love all the team from the doctors to the nurses to the receptionists and most recently the delightful on site pharmacist. Everyone.

A GP practice where the Doctors always puts the patient first. The various receptionists, the first point of contact, are always courteous, helpful and go the extra mile. Seven stars all round!
